Beatles just got lucky they lived in a era where people got so high on music and drugs. Noel strive for an image, in a era where grunge punk was popular. oasis blew the world with there 60's with a more classic rock and roll feel tunes. Yes they copied The Beatles, but they did it well.(in terms of songs) But still, i just think Noel is the better song writer. Just appreciate the cover.

In fact his influence and popularity grew much more in the 70's as he started speaking about peace, non-violence and brotherhood. Youth worshiped him as an idol. Lennon was a hero not because he was shot but because he put together the greatest band in the world, the music? he gave us is priceless. He bound the youths and the whole world together with his music.
